Directions

From the North - I-279

  • Take I-279 south to I-579 across the Veterans Bridge.
  • Stay to the right and exit at the 7th Avenue/6th Avenue Exit, following signs for Sixth Avenue.
  • Bear to the right on Sixth Avenue crossing Grant Street.
  • The James H. Reed Building is located on the corner of the next intersection opposite the Omni William Penn Hotel and diagonally across from Mellon Square and the Mellon Square Parking Garage.

From the North - Route 28

  • Take Route 28 south, exiting at the sign for the Liberty Bridge.
  • Cross Veterans Bridge, keeping to the right, and exit at the 7th Avenue/6th Avenue Exit (before Liberty Bridge) and follow signs for Sixth Avenue.
  • Continue on Sixth Avenue crossing Grant Street.
  • The James H. Reed Building is located on your right at next intersection opposite the Omni William Penn Hotel and diagonally across from Mellon Square and the Mellon Square Parking Garage.

From the South - Route 19

  • Take Route 19 north through the Liberty Tunnel and across the Liberty Bridge.
  • Follow the signs for Sixth Avenue, continuing on Sixth Avenue through the intersection at Grant Street.
  • The James H. Reed Building is located on your right at the next intersection opposite the Omni William Penn Hotel and diagonally across from Mellon Square and the Mellon Square Parking Garage.

From the Parkway East - Route 376

  • Exit at Grant Street.
  • Follow Grant Street for several blocks and turn left onto Sixth Avenue.
  • The James H. Reed Building is located on your right at the next intersection.

From the Parkway West

  • Go through Ft. Pitt Tunnel and across the Ft. Pitt Bridge.
  • Follow signs for Liberty Avenue.
  • Continue on Liberty Avenue for several blocks and turn right onto Sixth Avenue.
  • Continue on Sixth Avenue two blocks.
  • The James H. Reed Building is on your left opposite the Omni William Penn Hotel and diagonally across from the Mellon Square Garage.

Alternate Directions From the Parkway West

  • Go through Ft. Pitt Tunnel and across the Ft. Pitt Bridge.
  • Follow signs for Blvd. of the Allies.
  • Continue on Blvd. of the Allies several blocks to Grant Street.
  • Turn left onto Grant Street and turn left again onto Sixth Avenue.
  • The James H. Reed Building is on your right at the next intersection.

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike

  • From the East, exit at Exit 6, the Monroeville Exit, and follow signs for Pittsburgh.
  • See above directions "From the Parkway East."
  • From the West, exit the turnpike at the Cranberry Exit, No. 3.
  • Follow signs for Route 79 south.
  • Follow Route 79 south to I-279 South.
  • Exit will be on your left.
  • Follow directions above "From the North - I-279."
